Each piece is meticulously inspected and graded. We use a standardized scale ranging from 'Pristine' (like new) to 'Good' (shows character/wear). Any specific flaws like minor pinholes or fading are always noted in the product description.
Are all your items authentic vintage?
Yes, we specialize in authentic pieces that are at least 20 years old. Our curators verify tags, stitching, and fabric composition to ensure you are getting a genuine piece of fashion history.
How does vintage sizing work?
Vintage sizes often run smaller than modern vanity sizing. To ensure a perfect fit, we provide exact measurements (chest, length, waist) for every garment in the product description. We recommend comparing these to a similar item you already own.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange. Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of vintage clothing, items must be returned in the same condition they were received with all Proper Vintage tags attached.
How often do you drop new collections?
We release curated 'drops' every Friday at 10:00 AM EST. Follow us on Instagram or sign up for our newsletter to get early access to our latest vintage finds.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
